Marilyn brings over six years of experience managing marketing priorities and strategic objectives in the hospitality and technical industries. Her diverse experience ranges from marketing campaigns and event management to strategic planning and corporate communications. Ms. Gladden is a highly creative, process-oriented manager who rapidly identifies problems and opportunities, formulates tactical plans, initiates change and implements effective solutions delivering brand awareness, efficiencies and cost reductions.
